ABOUT THE PLACE
Built in 1997, this timber-frame home was designed and built by Benson Woodworking Co, Inc. now called Bensonwood Homes. Its cut/carved white oak beams, red oak floors, knotty pine ceilings, SIPS panel walls, and cedar siding were all shipped from New Hampshire and assembled on the foundation. The short term rental space was the second owner’s idea and finishes were done by Cindy and her contractors in 2024. The walking trails, fire pit area, clearing, corral, pastures and the bigger barn are all additions since this time.
MEET YOUR HOSTS
Hosting guests in various locations since 2016, this is the first larger property where we offer a rental space and experiences to enhance your stay. Cindy has 3 grown kids and one is Lily. When not working on the grounds, she renovates properties and works as a Realtor.
Lily is in sales, teaches yoga and Pilates, and helps curate experiences for guests.

Whether you are staying just the night on the way to your next destination, or coming to relax and retreat into the woods - you have our support. As a working homestead, we reside and work on the main levels of the house, the studio, and the grounds. We care for the land and animals, and teach art and glass classes in the Studio. We hope you are inspired to explore, walk the woods, and create something out here too. We look forward to meeting you!
